■ Product prices:
The product price shall be the price shown on the Information Confirmation Page when the customer places the order.
■ Required fees other than the product price:
・Shipment to a Destination in Japan:
Shipping charge and Consumption Taxes shall be included in the product price.
・Shipment to a Destination outside Japan:
Additional custom charges, value-added taxes or other assessments may be accessed depending on the destination country or region.
・If the customer makes the payment by credit card and the product is in stock, Shimano shall ship the product within approximately 8 business days from the date on which the Purchase Agreement is executed. If the product is not in stock, Shimano shall ship the Product within 2 weeks to 2 months from the date on which the Purchase Agreement is executed.
If the customer makes the payment by an alternative method and the product is in stock, Shimano shall ship the product within 8 business days after Shimano confirms receipt of the payment from the customer. If the product is not in stock, Shimano shall ship the product within 2 weeks to 2 months after Shimano confirms receipt of the payment from the customer.
In either case, Shimano shall notify the customer of the scheduled product shipment date by e-mail. Please confirm the product shipment date by the e-mail.
Please note that the product may be shipped a few days earlier or later than the scheduled shipment date due to weather, traffic or other causes.
■ Returns and Replacement:

The terms of warranty for each product are posted on the Website. Please refer to the page of each product for the content of warranty, warranty period and other information.
■ Payment Method:
As a rule, payment shall be made with a credit card. If a customer is not allowed to use a credit card, the customer shall use an alternative payment method specified by Shimano (currently only bank transfer is specified as such method). For more information, refer to the “Payment and Delivery” page.
